President & Director of Marketing

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Brad has close to fifteen years of sales and marketing experience. He started his career in the government and nonprofit world before transitioning to several different startup companies in Los Angeles, CA and then back in Cleveland, OH.  These experiences have enhanced Brad’s overall skills to include inside and outside sales, email marketing, social media marketing blogging, podcasting, and content writing. 

Brad started working with professional athletes, entertainers, and various brands within sports and mental health to promote and strengthen their brand and marketing reach via social media. He is known for his genuine and authentic approach to branding, marketing, and social media, and is extremely passionate about helping his clients reach their mountaintop of success. 

Brad is a diehard Cleveland sports and Ohio State fan, music buff, and comedy and TV show nerd. He runs a mental health blog called Upplifter and also hosts a podcast on YouTube called Vintage Ballers. He is a big believer in spreading love and kindness to others and hopes to one day see his beloved Cleveland Browns win a Super Bowl.

Matthew has been running social media pages since he was just out of diapers. Okay, maybe not that long, but well before most kids his age were doing it. He became so skilled at taking pages and organically growing them on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, that he started getting dozens of people reaching out to him asking him for help. 

Matthew has run fan pages, business pages, and a few of his own where he’s helped to grow them in engagement, followers, as well as increasing brand awareness to the right audience. He teamed up with his uncle to form Authention in 2022 and has been the director of branding and social media. 

Matthew also edits and produces the Vintage Ballers podcast hosted by his uncle. 

Matthew is a college athlete and was one of the best runners in his district in both cross country and track. He is a basketball diehard and enjoys listening to music, hanging with his friends, and working on his business.
